Before configure We need to know some information of our email address such as:
- Your email address name. Example: seth@pis3th.info
- Password. Example: 123456
- Incoming mail server address or POP3. Example: mail.pis3th.info
- Outgoing mail server address or SMTP. Example: mail.pis3th.info
Note: in this case our POP3 and SMTP Server are the same address.
Here is a tutorial how to configure your pop3 email with Microsoft Outlook 2003
Open Microsoft Outlook –>
Click on Tools Menu –> E-mail Accounts –> Choose Option Add a New Email account Click Next –> Choose Option POP3 –> Click Next Button –> Fill out Information Below:
Your Name: Nov Piseth
E-mail Address: seth@pis3th.info
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.pis3th.info
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.pis3th.info
User Name: seth@pis3th.info
Password: ******
Click on More Settings button –> outgoing server –> check on Myoutgoing server (SMTP) require authentication –> Click Ok Button.
Click Next Button and Click Finish Button.
